For more than a decade, we have built ventures of our own and worked alongside ambitious companies, founders, owners and private principals to bring theirs to life.

Perhaps someone has mentioned our name to you. That is how most of our work has begun. If not, you are just as welcome here.

House of KORYTKO is the family house of Barbara and Patrick Korytko, mother and son. We are entrepreneurs first, and we know what a wrong decision costs when the money is your own.

Owners and founders bring us the questions that decide a company’s next years. What a brand should stand for. Whether an idea is a business. What a place could become. We think these through with them, on paper, before anything is built. Many then place the execution in our hands as well. We make sure the vision becomes reality, receives the care it deserves, and reaches its full potential. The tools change every year, AI among them. The judgement does not.

We keep the house small on purpose. Few mandates, each led by the two of us, from the first conversation to the last detail. Two owners, one name, and neither of us stands above the other. What we take on, we see through.

How it begins

Often with an introduction, always with a conversation. If someone has mentioned us, tell us who. If not, simply tell us what is on your table. We will find a time to talk, by video call if that suits you. Most clients prefer to have us come to them, to discuss confidential matters in person and on site. Online or at your table, we are there for you, whichever you prefer.

When there is a real question on the table, the work starts with a Vision Blueprint: a paid first phase in which we come to understand the company, its people and the decision in front of them. Only then do both sides decide whether to build.
